Personal Data Processing Policy

1. The Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the legal relationship on the processing of personal data between individual entrepreneur Karopvich Iryna Mikhailovna, UNP 192153626 (hereinafter referred to as the IE) and the User (an individual who has reached the age of 18 and wants to order services/leave a comment, etc.).

Personal data is any information that directly or indirectly relates to an individual. Personal data processing - any action with personal data performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools. Such actions may be: collection, receipt, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, extraction, transfer, depersonalization, deletion, blocking, destruction of personal data.

2. The user agrees to this Policy by entering his email address in a special field on the IE website with a proposal to send a request, and then by clicking the “Send”, “Accept”, and “Order” button etc.

Having performed these actions, the user sends his own email address to the IE to intercommunicate.

This Policy has been prepared in pursuance of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated November 10, 2008 No. 455-3 “On Information, Informatization and Information Protection” taking into account the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union dated April 27, 2016, the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 10, 2007 No. 225-3 “On Advertising” and local regulatory documents.

If the User wants to clarify personal data, or wants to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data, he should write a letter to the IE email address: irina.karpovich@tut.by with the subject "Clarify personal data" or "Stop processing personal data." The letter should indicate the email address and the corresponding requirement.

7. IE undertakes not to transfer the information received from the User to third parties. It is not considered a violation to provide information to advertisers and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with an individual entrepreneur in order to fulfill obligations to the User exclusively within the framework of the agreement. It is not considered a violation of this clause to transfer data about the User to third parties in an impersonal form for the purpose of evaluating and analyzing the work of the individual entrepreneur and providing personal recommendations.

8. It is not considered a violation of obligations to transfer information in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

9. IE has the right to use the “cookies” technology. “Cookies” do not contain confidential information and are not shared with third parties.

10. The IE receives information about the User's IP address and information about the link from which website he came. This information is not used to identify the visitor.

11. When processing personal data, the individual entrepreneur takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from illegal access to them, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
